Meet Our Audiologist And Professionals

Dr. Marcus Kolmetz was born and raised in Bay County. He graduated from Auburn University in 1997 with a Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders. He then completed his Masters degree in Audiology from the University of Tennessee in 2000 and his Doctor of Audiology from A.T. Still University in 2007. Dr. Kolmetz returned to Panama City in 2001 as a staff audiologist with Audiology Consultants, then Audiologic Consultants. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

Christina Deegins, Florida Certified Hearing Aid Specialist was born and raised in Bay County and graduated from Mosley High School in 1999. Following high school she attended Gulf Coast Community College to obtain her AA also while working in the medical field. During 2007 and 2008 Christina attended Nova University and received her certificate for Audiology Assistant. In 2009, she attended courses for Vestibular Assessment at The American Institute of Balance Education Foundation and also became a public notary for the State of Florida. In 2017, Christina obtained her Florida Hearing Aid Specialist License.

Brittany was born and raised in Panama City. She joined our practice in January 2018 and is currently pursuing a career in nursing at Gulf Coast State College. Brittany loves to make our patients laugh and feel like they are part of the family here at Audiology Consultants.
